PEWS
The PEWS (Plug Early Warning System) is a self contained early warning system to ensure maximum converting production capability. The PEWS automatically sounds an audible alarm and activates a strobe light if the conveying path starts to plug or high level condition is occurring in the baler or at the discharge of the air/material separator.
The PEWBS (Plug Early Warning & Balance System) is the same as the PEWS except a balancing system is added to the air/material separator resulting in zero internal pressures. Zero internal pressure improves the air material separation process and prevents any blowout at the baler.
